By accessing this website, enrolling in a Nawah course, or using our learning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Nawah provides training programs, software solutions, cybersecurity services, infrastructure, and consultancy for academics, researchers, and institutions. Course details, schedules, and pricing shown on this website are provided in good faith and may change; we will notify you of any material change affecting a course you've enrolled in.

3. Course Enrollment & Payments

• A seat is confirmed once payment (or an approved payment receipt) is received and verified.
• Prices are listed in EGP unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless noted.
• Promotional discounts are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
• You are responsible for providing accurate registration details; certificates are issued using the name provided at enrollment.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation requests made at least 5 business days before a course start date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future cohort. Requests made after that point may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at Nawah's discretion. Nawah reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected participants will be offered a full refund or a seat in the next available cohort.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, branding, and website content are the property of Nawah or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use course materials for your own learning; reproduction, resale, or public redistribution is not permitted without written consent.

6. User Conduct

When using our website or platform, you agree not to misuse our systems, attempt unauthorized access, share your account credentials, or upload unlawful or infringing content. Nawah may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Certificates & Accreditation

Certificates are issued upon meeting the attendance and completion requirements of a given course. Where stated, certificates are accredited by the Engineers Syndicate; accreditation terms are subject to the syndicate's own policies and may be updated independently of Nawah.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nawah's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nawah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may link to third-party sites (such as WhatsApp or payment processors) that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Nawah is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

١. قبول الشروط

من خلال الوصول إلى هذا الموقع، أو التسجيل في إحدى دورات نواه، أو استخدام منصتنا التعليمية، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام خدماتنا.

٢. خدماتنا

تقدم نواه برامج تدريبية، وحلول برمجية، وخدمات أمن سيبراني، وبنية تحتية، واستشارات للأكاديميين والباحثين والمؤسسات. تفاصيل الدورات والجداول والأسعار المعروضة على هذا الموقع مقدمة بحسن نية وقد تتغير؛ وسنقوم بإخطارك بأي تغيير جوهري يؤثر على دورة قمت بالتسجيل فيها.

٣. التسجيل في الدورات والمدفوعات

• يُعتبر المقعد مؤكدًا بعد استلام الدفع (أو إيصال دفع معتمد) والتحقق منه.
• الأسعار مدرجة بالجنيه المصري ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، وتشمل أي ضرائب سارية ما لم يُنص على غير ذلك.
• الخصومات الترويجية سارية فقط خلال الفترة المحددة ولا يمكن الجمع بينها إلا إذا سُمح بذلك صراحة.
• أنت مسؤول عن تقديم بيانات تسجيل دقيقة؛ وتُصدر الشهادات بالاسم المقدم عند التسجيل.

٤. الإلغاء وإعادة الجدولة والاسترداد

طلبات الإلغاء المقدمة قبل 5 أيام عمل على الأقل من تاريخ بدء الدورة مؤهلة لاسترداد كامل أو النقل إلى دفعة قادمة. الطلبات المقدمة بعد ذلك قد تكون مؤهلة لاسترداد جزئي أو رصيد وفقًا لتقدير نواه. تحتفظ نواه بالحق في إعادة جدولة أو إلغاء جلسة بسبب انخفاض عدد المسجلين أو ظروف غير متوقعة، وفي هذه الحالة سيُعرض على المشاركين المتأثرين استرداد كامل أو مقعد في أقرب دفعة متاحة.

٥. الملكية الفكرية

جميع مواد الدورات والتسجيلات والعلامة التجارية ومحتوى الموقع هي ملك لنواه أو الجهات المرخصة لها، وهي محمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والملكية الفكرية. يمنحك التسجيل ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام مواد الدورة لتعلمك الخاص؛ ولا يُسمح بإعادة الإنتاج أو إعادة البيع أو التوزيع العام دون موافقة كتابية.

٦. سلوك المستخدم

عند استخدام موقعنا أو منصتنا، فإنك توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام أنظمتنا، أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به، أو مشاركة بيانات حسابك، أو رفع محتوى غير قانوني أو منتهك لحقوق الغير. يجوز لنواه تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول في حال انتهاك هذه الشروط.

٧. الشهادات والاعتماد

تُصدر الشهادات عند استيفاء متطلبات الحضور وإتمام الدورة المعنية. حيثما ذُكر، تكون الشهادات معتمدة من نقابة المهندسين؛ وتخضع شروط الاعتماد لسياسات النقابة الخاصة وقد يتم تحديثها بشكل مستقل عن نواه.

٨. حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم خدمات نواه "كما هي" و"حسب توفرها". وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل نواه مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدامك لموقعنا أو خدماتنا. لا يحد أي بند في هذه الشروط من المسؤولية التي لا يمكن استبعادها بموجب القانون المعمول به.

٩. روابط وخدمات الأطراف الثالثة

قد يتضمن موقعنا روابط لمواقع تابعة لأطراف ثالثة (مثل واتساب أو معالجات الدفع) تخضع لشروطها وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. نواه غير مسؤولة عن محتوى أو ممارسات مواقع الأطراف الثالثة.

١٠. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، بغض النظر عن مبادئ تنازع القوانين. وتخضع أي نزاعات للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المصرية المختصة.
